CLADDING

We Utilize Super Imposed Pulsed TIG welding process and 100% Automatic Cladding machines, in built with our own developed software to control the welding parameters, thereby yielding the optimum quality and integrity of weld overlay deposition.

• Manufactured in sizes from 6” diameter and above and capable of cladding in double random lengths.
• Base pipes can be from any grade of Carbon or Low Alloy Steels
• Surfacing materials include 300 and 400 series Stainless Steels, High Nickel Alloys such as 625, 725, 825, C22 & C276

We have vertical cladding stations which can clad X-mas Tree Blocks, Fittings, Flanges and Valves in wide ranges and configurations.
