Flanges

Blind Flange
These are used to seal pipes and vessels.

 

Slip-on Flange
These are manufactured to dimensions that will slide over a pipe with snug fit and are available in both ring and hub style.

 

Threaded Flange
These are used to fit on pipes with external threads for weld free fits.

 

Lap Joint Flange
These are used to pair with stub end fittings for easy dismantling

 

Weld Neck Flange
These are manufactured to match the inside diameter of a pipe for attachment via welding.

 

Socket Weld Flange
These are designed with a socket fit and top weld for ideal inner flow in pipes.

 

Stubend Flange
Stub ends are buttweld fittings that can be used (in combination with a lap joint flange) alternatively to welding neck flanges to make flanged connections.

 

Orifice Flange
Orifice flanges, abbreviated as ORFF, are for metering the volumetric flow rate of liquids and gasses through a pipe. Two orifice flanges are called an orifice flange union. Each flange comes with two pipe taps for measuring the pressure drop of the flow through an orifice plate.

Forgings

Our facility is equipped with steam forging hammers. These hammers are run by steam boilers & water tanks. There are oil fired furnaces for heating the raw materials. Our products include:

Castings

We supply all grades of grey and ductile iron machined castings. We provide all types of sand casting, shell mould casting, investment casting, gravity die casting, centrifugal casting, pressure die casting, etc.

Retaining Rings

We supply retaining rings of a wide range such as nominal I.D. 2 inch to 48 inches. These are designed for tough demanding corrosive chemical applications.

Pipe Fittings

We supply seamless pipe fittings and welded buttwelded steel fittings in stainless steel, duplex, alloy and carbon steel materials.

Wire Ropes

Wire ropes are multiple strands of metal wire twisted into the shape of a helix. We supply wide range of wire ropes including steel wire ropes, stainless steel wire rope, PVC coated wire rope, etc.
